Lawrence Herman is an experienced mediator, widely recognized throughout the Ontario legal community since 2000. In 2011, the ADR Institute of Canada conferred upon Lawrence its gold standard distinction of Chartered Mediator (C. Med), awarded to mediators demonstrating the highest level of competence and ethical compliance. Lawrence mediates personal injury, motor vehicle accident, wrongful death, insurance (disability claims, priority, coverage, subrogation), commercial transactions, financial services and termination of employment disputes.

Having practiced law first as a litigator, then as senior in-house counsel of a major financial institution and a key member of its management team for over a decade, Lawrence has a broad understanding of the underpinnings of conflict in a wide variety of contexts, and always demonstrates highly advanced skills to resolve resulting disputes.
